Annual meeting

Port&Bridges annual meeting is a four-day conference held annually between March and April by one of its members. It centres on a mutual topic of interest to harbour city in all aspects.
Typical program for annual meeting:
Thursday
Arrival day
Welcome dinner providing the opportunity to get to know each other’s from other chapters.
Friday
Conference day including visits to local companies.
Dinner in the evening
Saturday
City tour with lunch.
Official Ports&Bridges meeting.
Afternoon reserved for shopping and free time.
Gala dinner.
Sunday
Brunch and farewell.

Port&Bridges annual meeting is a four-day conference held between February and April by one of its members. It sets a focus on topics of mutual interest to harbour cities.
